Our physical therapists treat conditions such as:

• Arthritis and spinal stenosis.
• Difficulties with balance and gait.
• Generalized weakness.
• Vertigo.
• Post-orthopedic surgery, for example post knee and hip replacement, and arthroscopy rehab.
• Neurological disorders, including Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

They can also recommend the optimal assistive device, for example a cane or walker, that will best meet the patient’s needs.

Our occupational therapists specialize in restoring arm, wrist, and hand movement, strength, and function. They also provide education on adaptations, compensatory techniques, and environmental modifications to help patients achieve a greater level of independence in their daily activities.

Our speech therapists work with swallowing concerns to improve the quality and safety of a person’s swallow, and cognitive concerns by addressing and providing strategies to improve word finding ability, short-term memory, long-term memory, and organizational thinking.
