Park Plaza is independent, rental living with onsite assistance, physical therapies and medical care as-needed. On-site health care agency staff can be hired on an as-needed basis, or for scheduled medical needs. They provide morning and night time assistance, physical, and occupational and speech therapy, podiatry, dental, and more.
Our residents can choose a few hours of assistance per day or week — or none at all.
In addition, our residents stay active in current interests and discover so many more.
