Apartments & floor plans
Furnished or unfurnished studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments are available. All one- and two-bedroom apartments boast a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Every apartment has newly upgraded bathrooms with walk-in showers and plenty of closet space.
Studio
Starts at $2,240* per month.
A bright, efficient layout with a kitchenette and full bathroom – perfectly sized for one or two residents who want to keep things simple.
One-Bedroom
Starts at $2,820* per month.
A separate bedroom, full eat-in kitchen, and generous living space. A favorite layout for residents who entertain or want extra room to relax.
Two-Bedroom
Starts at $3,600* per month.
Our largest floor plan – ideal for couples or for residents who’d like a dedicated guest room or hobby space.
*Prices listed are for single occupancy. An additional $1,200 per month is added for a second resident in the apartment to cover extra food and services.

Community fee
Park Plaza Senior Living charges a one-time, non-refundable Community Fee of $3,000 for married couples and $2,000 for singles.
