Entera’s goal is to offer continuing care to patients in their apartments in order to minimize the effects of illness and accidents and reduce re-hospitalizations. What is in-home care at Park Plaza Senior Living?
Our team of experienced healthcare professionals provides high-quality home health services. When your physician orders home health, the Wellness Center Liaison facilitates skilled nursing and therapy services delivered right in your apartment so you can recover, manage a chronic condition, or simply stay healthier without leaving home.

Who should visit the Wellness Center
These services are covered under Medicare and most insurance. If you have a new medical condition, recent health decline, medication changes, recent fall or fear of falling, trouble with balance, shortness of breath, a chronic health condition, recent hospitalization, or pain, visit Julie in the Wellness Center. As a Medicare patient, you always have the right to choose which provider you’d like to work with for home health. If you have an elective surgery coming up, we can help you with post-surgery therapy services.
