“Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza. You are doing such an excellent job. I can sleep at night, knowing my mom is being taken great care of.”

”I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Ruben, a dedicated member of the maintenance team. Around 7PM, my mom saw him in her hallway and asked for help with her TV, which wouldn’t turn on. Ruben kindly helped her replace the remote battery and made sure both of her TVs were working. He was incredibly patient, calm, and empathetic; these qualities truly made a difference for my mom, who was anxious until her TV finally worked again. Ruben’s outstanding customer service turned her evening around, and we’re both so grateful for his support.”
