“Thank you so much Elly, Adina, and the entire staff at Park Plaza, you are amazing and I’m so thankful that my father is at a safe and caring home!”

”I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Ruben, a dedicated member of the maintenance team. Around 7PM, my mom saw him in her hallway and asked for help with her TV, which wouldn’t turn on. Ruben kindly helped her replace the remote battery and made sure both of her TVs were working. He was incredibly patient, calm, and empathetic; these qualities truly made a difference for my mom, who was anxious until her TV finally worked again. Ruben’s outstanding customer service turned her evening around, and we’re both so grateful for his support.”
Rachel, Daughter of a Resident
“My grandmother loved her home at Park Plaza and always told me wonderful stories about her time with you. Our family was very blessed to have the privilege of knowing you and working with all of your staff.”
